UNCP's entrepreneurial banking services fall into three categories:
- Equity Capital For entrepreneurs seeking only risk capital, UNCP provides assistance in developing an effective investment structure and
raising private equity capital from both institutions and individuals.
- Financial Strategies For entrepreneurs exploring opportunities to acquire and/or expand growth-oriented businesses, UNCP provides assistance
in developing and implementing both the business and financing strategies.
- Collaborative Partnerships Unlike the other two types of services which respond to the direct service demands of UNCP's target market,
collaborative partnerships respond to this group's demand for opportunities to participate in the ownership and management of entrepreneurial ventures
suited to their skills and experience, but not of their own making. To meet this demand, UNCP will initiate the development of business opportunities
and the creation of new companies to pursue them. This development process will be implemented in conjunction with a variety of collaborators who will
have a stake in the success of the venture. These collaborative partners will include a select group of financial institutions, corporations, industry
experts and entrepreneurial business professionals.
